Dear Campus School Families,

With Thanksgiving next week, I would like to take a moment to reflect on all the things about the Campus School that I am grateful for:

First and foremost, our enthusiastic, intelligent, sensitive, creative, and delightful students, who stand at the center of all that we do and hope for.

Our teachers and staff, for giving selflessly to the great endeavor that is education, for caring deeply about each and every one of our students, and for enthusiastically engaging in the work we are doing to make our school even better.

Our parents, who support our school and add so much value to what we do through their participation in everything from the PTO to field trips to assisting with chorus and musicals.

All those who came before us – the teachers, school leaders, students, parents, professors – who over the course of 92 years helped make the Campus School what it is today.

The college, for its support of our school and for adding immeasurable value to our educational model.

And I am grateful for the future that awaits us. Education is an inherently optimistic undertaking, for the promise and potential of every student unfolds in powerful and mysterious ways, and nurturing and being witness to this growth is what makes all of our collective efforts worthwhile. It is with this in mind that I wish you and your family a happy and peaceful Thanksgiving.

Warmly,

Chris
